A raw ale - or as some will call it, a Farmhouse beer, as it was brewed in the good old days on the farms, without boiling the wort. The Hops are added as a hop tea, boiled in a pot and added during mashing Northern Brewer for bitterness and Eukanot for flavor. The water is good "raw" western Zealand ground water - no treatment besides a little lactic acid for controlling the pH.
This is not a beer type in the BJCP annals, what come closest I think are a type or a Saison in the stronger end of the spectre. This particular brew is not taht strong, but that's on purpose.
